Melanie Siegel is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She balances empathy with directness to promote growth. Melanie draws from a Psychodynamic foundation, incorporating elements of other modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy.  She collaborates with clients to tailor the powerful healing process of therapy to their unique experiences and needs. Melanie’s approach focuses on enhancing awareness, insight, and skills, and using that understanding to develop and explore goals. 

With prior experience in the entertainment industry, she specializes in working with individuals in creative fields. Other specializations include working with adults, adolescents, and LGBTQ clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. She engages every therapeutic relationship with curiosity, respect, creativity, and heart.
